About the Role This position focuses on cyber security compliance audit of critical platforms, ensuring adherence to cybersecurity frameworks, and driving gap remediation from audit findings. The role requires internal coordination with platform and control owners, executive stakeholder engagement, and meticulous day‑to‑day task tracking and RAID management. It also involves project management duties such as leading meetings, coordinating resources, overseeing documentation, conducting reviews, and optimizing processes while managing diverse teams. Responsibilities Cyber Security compliance audit of critical platforms Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks Gap remediation from audit findings Internal coordination between platform owners and control owners to onboard controls Executive level stakeholder engagement Day‑to‑day task tracking RAID management Manage multiple projects concurrently Lead project meetings, steering committee meetings, and planning sessions Coordinate customer staff and internal resources Manage project progress and adapt work as required and directed by the customer Manage relationships with customer clients and stakeholders Design and sign off on contracts Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation Conduct project review and create detailed reports for customer executive staff Optimize and improve processes and overall customer approach to key projects Manage large and diverse teams Qualifications Preferably a background working in telecommunications Written and verbal communication skills Capacity to manage high‑stress situations Ability to multi‑task and manage various project elements simultaneously Conflict resolution skills Technical understanding of telecommunications networks Location: Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Tech Mahindra is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
