Phone Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of research studies (participant recruitment, set up and application of fetal monitoring device, documentation, record keeping, etc.) Communicate with key stakeholders across multiple departments Qualifications Registered midwife (+/- nurse) with minimum 2 years birthing suite experience and current APRHA registration Intrauterine Pressure Catheter and Fetal Scalp Electrode experience (desirable) Strong communication skills to enable recruitment to research studies, and to explain the purpose of the research confidently Excellent organisational and team working skills, with the ability to work independently (essential) Highly developed computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook: essential) and REDCap database (desirable) Current Good Clinical Practice (GCP) certification or commitment to attainment within three months of commencing role (essential) A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders Must hold a valid visa with permission to work in Australia or be an Australian citizen We acknowledge the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung peoples, traditional Custodians of the Land in which our Head Office is based, on traditional lands of the Kulin Nation and recognise their deep connections to the land, sea, and culture.
