Your Protection Group ( YPG RISK) is now recruiting a new frontline team that will carry out community patrolling across our evolving community residential estates. You will carry out inspections and investigations along with liaising with our 5000+ residents ensuring they are receiving the premier service we deliver is upheld and maintained. What you will do: As a CRT Officer, you will: Monitor, patrol and inspect premises and its neighbourhood for suspicious or illegal behaviour. Work in a close knit team that covers an area of some 5000 residential homes. Prepare reports, manage evidence.com software in vehicles and liaise with law enforcement ensuring our reputation is upheld at all times. About you You must have strong communication skills to thrive in this role. You will need to ask the right questions and confidently carry out your duties with the upmost professionalism, you will have a sound judgement and a safety-first mindset. You MUST have a current Victorian driver’s licence, licensed to carry a firearm, batons and handcuffs and be available to work night shift 5 nights a week on a rotating roster with every second weekend off. A up to date First Aid Certificate is mandatory and a valid AED certificate of usage. You should also have: Great negotiation skills to gain cooperation from people. The ability to work well in teams supporting and backing each other in the field. Experienced in conflict management and have a keen eye for detail. Be physically fit and able to demonstrate this from the outset. Be willing to undertake additional training provided by a registered RTO. YPG Risk’s CRT officers are equipped with Axon Body 4 cameras along with the finest ballistic gear and uniforms provided by Stellar Equipment.
