A few of your responsibilities: Provide friendly and efficient food & beverage service Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the venue’s menu and current promotions Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies and dietary needs to the kitchen Provide quality service to all guests in a timely and efficient manner Complete all set-up duties in accordance with standard procedures and ensure general cleanliness and tidiness of work area Maintain compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol What are we looking for: Experience in a hospitality environment or customer service role Maintain a strong guest focus in all services Passion to learn and grow your career in the hospitality industry Current QLD RSA Statement of Attainment What can we offer you?
