Lead Business Analyst , you’ll lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts working across a wide range of programs and projects in our NRMA Portfolio Execution team with a focus on Enterprise, Risk & Regulation.Bridging the gap between IT and the business, the purpose of the role and your unique contribution is to manage and mentor the Business Analysts within a project or program of work while supporting the project and program management and other delivery stakeholders. Please note that this is a hands-on role with mentorship and team lead responsibilities.You will also contribute to the definition and ongoing improvement of the Business Analysis capability by ensuring quality assurance and by supporting strategic and operational business capabilities and capacity planning to promote the continual uplift of a high performing function.This is a permanent role, and we welcome applicants from all major cities in Australia.About YouExtensive experience operating as a Senior and Lead Business AnalystSolid experience leading and mentoring a team of Business AnalystsDemonstrated ability to build deep relationships, drive collaboration within and across teams, and influence others to drive positive business outcomesEffective problem solver, driving pathways through ambiguity, and facilitating decision making to build consensusDemonstrated experience undertaking business process analysis and design to inform and enable quality project outcomesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsNimble and agile by nature (not just in methodology)Experience working on large scale, multi-year, complex programs/projectsExposure to a diverse range of projects e.g. complex regulatory changes, business transformation, application development and process re-design.ABOUT USIAG is the largest general insurance group in Australia and New Zealand.
