With branches located in Dandenong South, Traralgon and Bendigo, we are one of the largest lifting inspection companies in Victoria. We are committed to building strong, lasting relationships with our customers so that we are a trusted partner to help manage their compliance requirements for their lifting and height safety equipment. As we grow, we are expanding our Account Management team to ensure we are providing the highest level of service to our customers. The Role In this newly created Sales Support role, you'll be responsible for providing analytical and administrative support to the Account Manager team to improve efficiency, reporting, and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities Prepare and issue post-inspection reports and quotes promptly, and manage follow-ups on outstanding quotes to maximise conversion. Conduct market research and develop targeted prospect lists and email campaigns to drive new business. Build and maintain a sales funnel to track customer acquisition, engagement, and retention trends. Support Account Managers through reporting, data analysis, lead generation, and preparation of sales materials. Proactively participate in improvement initiatives to make us best in class for customer acquisition, retention and experience. Maintain accurate system data and uphold WHS, environmental, and quality standards. What We're Looking For Strong analytical skills. Competent with technology. Previous experience using CRMs & email marketing platforms is ideal. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Strong organisational and time‑management skills. Ability to build rapport and trust with internal and external stakeholders. Results‑oriented with a passion for exceeding customer expectations. A track record showing you are proactive & use your own initiative to make things better. Experience in the Lifting, Rigging and/or Height Safety industries is a plus. Why Join Us?
