About the Role Head of Education Cleaning – We are seeking an exceptional and strategic Leader to drive operational excellence, customer experience, and sustainable growth across our Education sector cleaning contracts. This is a pivotal role with full P&L accountability, responsible for delivering outstanding service outcomes, growing the portfolio organically and through new business, and shaping the long‑term success of our Education Sector. As our Head of Education, you will lead a diverse and high‑performing portfolio across universities, schools, and education precincts nationwide. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with high value clients Providing executive leadership and strategic direction for all Education contracts (universities, public and private schools, TAFEs, training facilities and broader EDU environments). Managing national contract performance, service quality, safety, and customer relationships. Driving a customer centric culture focused on quality, responsiveness, and innovation. Full P&L ownership, ensuring strong financial performance, cost control, and commercial discipline. Building capability and engagement across operational teams and contract managers. Leading organic growth, retention, contract renewals and developing new business pipelines. Partnering with the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, and internal support functions to support strategic business goals. Ensuring compliance with all contractual, regulatory and safety requirements. Identify new business opportunities and contribute to strategic growth initiatives. About You Senior experience in multi‑site cleaning service delivery, with in the Education Sector. Strong commercial acumen with proven P&L ownership. Demonstrated success in customer engagement, contract management and service excellence. Experience leading large teams across diverse environments. A growth mindset with a strong track record in retention and new business. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management and relationship building capabilities. A passion for creating safe, high‑performing, customer‑centred environments. Why Join Us?
