Tenterfield Care Centre offers residential aged care (including dementia‑specific care), independent living, respite, and community aging services through the operation of Haddington Nursing Home and Millrace Hostel. The Role We are looking for Permanent Part Time, Full Time & Casual Enrolled Nurses who are passionate about a person‑centred approach to care, to join our wonderful facility in Tenterfield, NSW (Near the QLD border). You must be dedicated to working and understanding the residential aged care environment and standards. We have a range of shifts available and a culture of high‑level empathy and compassion for our residents. What you will do Reporting to the RN, you will lead the care team Coordinate care in an allocated section of home and ensuring care plan compliance throughout the shift Advise and allocate care staff Recognise and escape the deteriorating resident Provision of safe, high‑quality care in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards Promote a positive resident experience through a resident‑first approach Providing ADL care to residents Maintain documentation as per organisational standards What you will bring Registration with the AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse is mandatory One‑year of experience as an enrolled nurse in a residential aged care setting is desirable (new entrants will be considered) Strong verbal and written communication skills Hold NDIS Worker Checks (or willing to obtain) Be passionate about delivering a person‑centred approach to care Interested?
