About the role We are actively seeking an Associate with expertise in banking & finance law to join a well regarded Sydney specialist team. Key Responsibilities Participating in a variety of transactions across property, construction, and acquisition finance Engaging directly with clients and other parties, leveraging strong interpersonal and communication skills Drafting clear and concise communications Collaborating within a close-knit, supportive sub-team About you Ideally, you will have 4+ years PAE in banking and finance law with working on corporate or property finance transactions.
