Assistant Buyer’s Agent If you want a real pathway into commercial property, this is it. I’m opening one seat for someone who wants to learn the craft properly. You’ll work directly with me, gain hands‑on exposure across the entire deal process, and complete a structured 10‑week onboarding program that fast‑tracks your capability. The right person will grow into a standalone buyer's agent. This role is designed for someone who is hungry, organised, and serious about building a long‑term career in property. About Eastview Advisory Eastview is an Australian advisory firm helping clients build wealth and avoid costly property mistakes. We specialise in commercial buyer advocacy. We’re growing quickly and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting prospecting, lead generation, and client management Attending property inspections and assisting buyers and tenants through the acquisition process Building relationships with sales agents to source quality opportunities Completing due diligence on properties using our internal criteria Tracking market trends and pricing Preparing property presentations Assisting with content creation and coordination Managing my calendar and day‑to‑day administrative needs Collaborating with business partners to help clients move quickly and confidently What You Bring Assistant Agent Certificate or Real Estate Licence (or willingness to obtain) Strong written and verbal communication High attention to detail Solid time management Comfortable with the Microsoft suite Proactive by nature, ready to learn, comfortable taking responsibility early Values that match ours, integrity, reliability and initiative A valid driver’s licence What’s In It For You Competitive salary package Flexible working arrangements (once fully trained) A clear pathway into becoming a buyers agent Direct access and coaching from me, with more than a decade of commercial and global business experience Real career progression in a firm that rewards capability, not time served How to Apply Submit your resume and a short cover letter explaining why this role fits where you want to go through to seek.
