As our valued Planner / Scheduler, you will play a vital part in ensuring SMP projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard. Based onsite at our workshop in Salisbury, you'll draw on your planning and scheduling expertise to coordinate fabrication project timelines, manage dependencies, and track progress across multiple projects. Responsibilities Developing and maintaining project schedules in line with client and internal requirements Coordinating with project teams to monitor progress and resolve scheduling conflicts Preparing reports and updates for stakeholders to ensure alignment on project timelines Supporting risk management by identifying potential delays and proposing solutions Qualifications Relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering, Project Management, or similar Proven experience in project planning & scheduling (preferably in fabrication, construction or industrial sectors) Proficiency in planning tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project Experience with Strumis MRP software a plus Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ideal Experience Experience in multi-disciplinary projects Knowledge of workshop fabrication, construction or industrial environments A flexible and collaborative approach, willing to step in where needed Why M2P Engineering?
