Role: Lead Consultant Location: Sydney Salary: AUD 117,385 – 135,566 (Annual Gross) Please Note: The above salary range is only indicative and may be subject to suitable enhancements, based on internal company processes. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and manage complex integration solutions using webMethods Product suite, Boomi Atomsphere Platform, and Mulesoft Anypoint Studio. Gather requirements and conduct software analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, and production support (Levels 2 and 3) for business‑critical applications. Extensively use webMethods components (Developer, Designer, Integration Server, UM Enterprise Manager, SAP/JDBC/JMS adapters, XML, flat files, Broker, MWS, Trading Networks). Develop end‑to‑end solutions: create APIs, manage them in webMethods API Gateway, and implement backend services invoked by APIs. Develop Web services using REST, RAML, SOAP, WSDL, schemas, and XSD. Manage Boomi processes: build, package components, deploy via Boomi or Azure DevOps Pipeline and GIT, and report through Process Reporting. Manage Master Data Hub repositories, monitor inbound/outbound activities, and maintain Golden Records. Manage APIs via Boomi API Management. Use GoAnywhere Managed File Transfer: create connectors for Microsoft Online SharePoint, SFTP, network shares, Azure Blob, Amazon S3, etc. Create and manage encryption keys (private/public) in GoAnywhere Key Management, manage users, and upgrade connector versions. Hold Boomi Associate Developer certification and Mulesoft Developer – Level 1 certification. Work with Mulesoft Enterprise Application integration products (Anypoint Studio 7.x, connectors, API Manager, Design Center, Mule Runtime 4.x, RAML, Runtime Manager, CloudHub, on‑premise deployment with Mule Maven). Experience across domains: Life Science (Johnson & Johnson), Manufacturing & Logistics (Firmenich, 3M), Retail (John Lewis Partnership, Estee Lauder, Walgreens, Baby Bunting), Insurance (Australian Unity), Superannuation (Aware Super), Care Facilities (Baptist Care). Graduate (Tertiary) qualification in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline. Essential Qualifications Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline. Additional Skills Excellent customer interfacing skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail, outstanding analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
