Club Duty Manager/Supervisor

Kogarah Clubhouse has been the local RSL for over 70 years. In 2015 we closed the doors to rebuild, and opened again in 2019 to offer the community a modern venue, premium beers, wines and cocktails as well as the old classics. We have a popular Chinese restaurant as well as our western style bistro. We have a stylish and well stocked bar catering to the restuarants, main lounge, sports bar and indoor/outdoor gaming areas. We are seeking an experienced Relief Supervisor to join our team at Kogarah Clubhouse. This is a hands on role and it involves supervising daily operations across bar, gaming, reception and floor areas while ensuring compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements. As your supervising shifts will vary from week to week, we can also offer a mix of bar and gaming shifts throughout the weekly roster. You will Oversee the daily operations during allocated shifts Supervise and assist staff across Bar, Gaming, Reception and Lounge areas Ensure the security of all cash, keys, property and equipment during your allocated supervisory shift Monitor gaming and bar operations ensuring compliance throughout the venue Perform all duties of a Bar and Gaming Attendant We are looking for someone with the following Current RSA, RCG and Advanced RCG (mandatory) Minimum 12 months supervisory experience in a Club or pub environment Strong knowledge of NSW liquor and Gaming legislation Excellent communication and Leadership skills Strong Knowledge of POS, gaming and cash systems Flexibility to work nights, weekends and Public Holidays Flexibility to be called in at short notice. #J-18808-Ljbffr
