About this role (Mainly South Metropolitan Area) Our Hardscapes division is in search of a Project Coordinator with proven experience in managing internal teams across multiple projects of varying sizes for diverse clients. These projects typically range from $5,000 to $200,000 and are conducted simultaneously. Working with a skilled Project Manager and reporting to the Operations Manager, this role coordinates project teams, ensures effective planning, and optimises resources to deliver projects in line with meeting client needs. The primary focus is to manage the delivery of concrete footpaths, kerbing, and minor civil works across contracts for a range of clients – including Local and State Government, as well as Tier 1 and 2 civil construction companies, through the strategic use of plant, personnel, and subcontractors within Dowsing Group’s experienced Hardscapes division. A tool of trade vehicle will be part of the employment package. The ideal candidate will: Proven experience leading & managing teams across multiple work fronts and sites simultaneously Be highly organised and process driven Possess strong verbal and written communication skills Intermediate to advanced computer skills including strong skills in Microsoft Office Have strong contractual acumen – Tier 2 & 3 contract experience required. Tier 1 experience advantageous Possess a client centric focus attending site meetings with key stakeholders Have experience delivering similar scope of works Enjoy looking for innovative solutions to problems Have general knowledge of civil construction processes, with an interest in concrete footpaths, slabs & kerbing The responsibilities of the role include: Planning & scheduling internal resources and subcontractors Delivering projects in line with Dowsing's standard of excellence and core company values Managing multiple contracts/projects simultaneously Managing internal site teams and subcontractors Ensuring all client/contract deliverables are met Contribute to the maintenance of a zero-harm safety culture This position is ideal for someone who has formal training or qualifications in Construction Management or a skilled tradesperson with experience in a project coordination role and thrives on a hands‑on approach in a dynamic environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
