Fruit Grower – Full Time Job Type: Full-timeLocation: Nichols Point, VICSalary: $75,000 – $80,000 plus superannuation About the business: At Jujube Australia, we grow top-quality jujube fruit near Mildura, Victoria. Our harvest extends for 3 months and some of our products are dried for sale throughout the year. About the role: We are seeking an experienced Fruit Grower to work with us on a full-time basis in Nichols Point, VIC 3501. Duties include: Propagating Jujube trees in the nursery Maintaining established orchard trees including fertilizing, pruning, irrigation and pest and weed control Irrigation and nutrition Organising collection and storage of fruit, and operating a computerized grading machine Operating a tractor and implements to maintain the orchard Key Selection Criteria Relevant tertiary education and a minimum of 2 years work experience, or 5 years work experience as a Fruit Grower.
