Our client, a respected community organisation in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, is seeking a purpose-driven Client Experience Manager to uplift the full client journey across Support at Home and disability services. Reporting to the Director Aged Care Transformation, you’ll be the heart connector of the service model — integrating clinical, allied health, social and wellbeing support into one seamless, person-centred experience.
