About the Role The Parts Exchange Coordinator is responsible for the provision of efficient and accurate parts advice, dispatch and administrative services to the Division and its customers. Key Responsibilities Manage core returns. Coordinate parts ordering, receipting, inspection, and allocation. Maintain repair status and Machine Card data in Liebherr systems. Complete SMU updates, modules, and component change‑out entries. Produce core, LTP, UXC, radiator, and data audit reports. Support shutdown planning from a parts and component perspective. Monitor APR fulfilment (5DE, 5EE) and second invoicing. Manage radiator repairs and forecasting.
