About the Role As Gymnastics Program Coordinator, you’ll : Deliver engaging, technically sound gymnastics sessions for all levels. Coordinate the gym floor and ensure classes run smoothly. Mentor junior and intermediate coaching staff. Identify and nurture talent for competitive programs and carnivals. Manage enrolments, communication, and program administration. Represent MLC School at club events, competitions, and in the wider gymnastics community. Ensure safety, pastoral care, and uphold the school’s values in every session. What You’ll Bring 5+ years’ experience as a gymnastics coach Current Gymnastics Australia Technical Member (Advanced or above Coaching Accreditation) Intermediate Artistic Judging accreditation (or willingness to obtain) Current First Aid Qualifications Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills A commitment to girls’ education and the values of MLC School Willingness to undergo a Working with Children Check and uphold our Child Protection Policy Desirable : Experience in a school or educational environment, choreography skills, advanced judging / coaching accreditation, and program administration experience.
