About The Role ECCO Chermside is seeking a dedicated Sales Associate to provide a premium shopping experience for our customers. The role involves selling shoes that essentially sell themselves, while maintaining a fast‑paced, customer‑focused retail environment. Tasks & Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a premium fast‑paced environment, uphold the quality of our brand, and achieve sales of shoes and related products. Align with the Visual Merchandising plan and Mystery Shopper standards. Process customer orders, returns and maintain inventory according to standards. Perform general housekeeping and store tidiness. Skills & Experience Previous retail sales or similar experience with persuasive communication skills. Demonstrated success in achieving KPIs and sales targets. Commitment and professionalism to providing exceptional customer service as an ECCO brand ambassador. Team player and natural people‑person who thrives on building relationships. Growth mindset in an exciting fast‑paced work environment. Passion for product knowledge and training with a willingness to learn. Flexibility with availability, including weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
