Job Description ARH has an exciting opportunity for a Medical Oncologist to join our large multi‑disciplinary and emergency hospital. Our specialists are supported by an expertly trained and highly experienced team of veterinary professionals and are expected to lead by example, sharing their knowledge and experience with others so we can grow together. The role includes a dedicated oncology suite with two consulting rooms and a dedicated area for chemotherapy administration, access to 1.5 T MRI and CT, and the opportunity to re‑work and re‑design a new working environment with all the tools you need for success. Responsibilities Lead by example and share knowledge and experience with the veterinary team. Collaborate on cases with Ophthalmology, Surgery, Medicine and Emergency departments. Re‑work and re‑design the oncology suite to enhance patient care and efficiency. Provide high‑quality, fear‑free patient care. Qualifications A veterinary degree registerable in Australia with specialist qualifications (FANZCVS, ACVIM or ECVIM Board‑certified) is required. Experience from a completed residency programme is highly desirable. Commitment to excellent patient care and a “fear‑free” approach to patient handling. Confidence and initiative to work autonomously while leaning on the team as needed.
