We are looking for an Analyst or Senior Analyst to join our Corporate Tax team in Melbourne. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse client base and develop your career in a supportive, collaborative environment. As part of our Corporate Tax team, you will be involved in all aspects of corporate income tax compliance and advisory. You will work with a broad range of clients, including large multinationals, listed companies and privately‑owned businesses, giving you exposure to complex tax matters. Key Responsibilities Prepare income tax returns for corporate entities Research tax issues and draft technical advice and papers Prepare tax effect accounting work papers Deliver in‑house tax training sessions Build a strong understanding of key tax concepts, including: Assessable Income, Allowable Deductions, Capital Allowances Fringe Benefits Tax, Capital Gains Tax, Loss Provisions Transfer Pricing, Withholding Tax, Tax Effect Accounting About you You are a motivated tax professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for problem‑solving. You thrive in a collaborative environment but can also work independently to deliver high‑quality outcomes. With strong communication skills and a commitment to continuous learning, you are ready to take on complex tax challenges. Degree in Business, Commerce or Finance with an Accounting major 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role Strong communication skills and attention to detail Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively Double degree in Business/Commerce/Finance/Law with Accounting major (preferred) Commencement or near completion of CA or equivalent (preferred) Life at RSM RSM provides a great environment to build skills and confidence and we help our people achieve their best.
