We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Finance Analyst to join Rinnai in a full-time capacity, initially on a 12 month contract with the potential to transition to permanency. About the role: Reconcile and analyse accrued rebates with expected payments to ensure accurate recording of liability in balance sheets Process and maintain customer discount and rebate agreements Monitor trading terms, customer deals and investigate claims to ensure compliance and maintain all records pertaining to price/rebate contracts Process energy certificate (STC/VEECS) claims and liaise with Government agencies Participate in cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at streamlining financial processes and enhancing system efficiencies About you: A tertiary qualification in accounting and/or a comparable Finance discipline Intermediate to advanced capability in the MS Office suite Well-developed written and verbal communication skills Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail An eagerness to learn Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise and manage workflow The ability to work in a deadline driven environment A continuous improvement mindset with a desire to challenge the status quo Candidates who can display comparable experience within the Finance field will be held in high regard as will those who hold a CPA qualification or are working towards this certification.
