Overview Partner | Global Practice Leader – Industrial Software & Digital Transformation Wenham Carter is supporting a high-growth, global industrial software business on its expansion in APAC. We are seeking an experienced Senior Field Marketing Manager based in Australia (Brisbane / Sydney) to lead the regional marketing strategy and drive measurable growth. This is a senior, high-impact role with direct exposure to executive leadership and the opportunity to influence APAC go-to-market initiatives at scale. The Opportunity As Senior Field Marketing Manager, you will own and shape the field marketing strategy across APAC, aligning with regional sales leadership and the global marketing team. You’ll drive pipeline creation, execute multi-channel campaigns, and establish scalable programs that deliver tangible business impact. This role combines strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and leadership, with a focus on influencing outcomes in asset-intensive industries. What You’ll Do Define and execute the APAC field marketing strategy aligned to business growth objectives. Partner with senior sales leadership to drive pipeline creation, acceleration, and revenue contribution. Lead multi-channel programs including strategic campaigns, industry events, account-based marketing (ABM), and digital demand initiatives. Track full-funnel KPIs, reporting to executive stakeholders and influencing go-to-market decisions with data-driven insights. Manage regional marketing budgets with accountability for ROI and impact. Build and scale ABM and field marketing playbooks, establishing best practices for the region. Represent APAC marketing needs in global strategy discussions. What You Bring 10+ years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on field marketing, demand generation, and ABM in enterprise SaaS. Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact in APAC. Experience partnering with executive-level sales leaders and influencing cross-functional stakeholders globally. Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities; able to balance planning and delivery. Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and reporting skills.
