Join to apply for the Gaming Attendant | Mornington role at Pegasus Leisure Group We are looking for a motivated Casual Gaming Attendant to join the PLG team at Steeples in Mornington . You'll be the face of our gaming floor, ensuring our customers have an enjoyable experience and support the team to ensure compliance requirements are upheld at all times. Located on the Mornington Peninsula, Steeples is a dining and entertainment complex situated next to the Mornington Racecourse. Featuring modern facilities including a family‑friendly bistro, a designated kids play area and an alfresco deck, there are dining experiences for all to enjoy. Along with an extensive modern menu with daily specials, Steeples caters to both children and adults alike. What will my duties include? Provide customer service to all guests, answering questions and assisting with gaming‑related issues. Monitor gaming activities to ensure compliance with rules and regulations. Ensure the gaming room is always at the highest standard. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations. The role you are applying for may be quite fast‑paced and require you to complete tasks including but not limited to lifting boxes, kegs or stock, standing for long periods of time, and utilising stairs. What We Are Looking For Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA). Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG). Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence. Previous experience in a similar role. Customer service skills. Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
