Advantage Feeders is a global leader in ruminant production systems, helping livestock farmers lift productivity, improve animal welfare, and drive sustainability. With strong growth across Australia, New Zealand, North America, the UK and Ireland, we're seeking a Logistics Coordinator to optimise our supply chain and warehouse operations. This is a critical office-based role. You will handle all freight and inventory records, enter and maintain accurate logistics data, and ensure smooth processes to support production and distribution. Strong attention to detail, process discipline, and a passion for accurate data are essential. Key Responsibilities Co-ordinate end-to-end logistics for container shipments and freight, ensuring timely delivery, accurate documentation and compliance Monitor international and domestic shipments, proactively resolving issues and keeping internal teams informed Oversee domestic freight via local carriers, handling all booking and documentation Maintain accurate inventory records, track stock movements, and enter all logistics data to support seamless distribution Analyse stock trends and forecasts to align supply with demand across all markets Co-ordinate the warehouse team to ensure correct allocation and dispatch of products Adhere to logistics budget, approve freight invoices, and identify cost-saving opportunities Oversee fleet and facilities maintenance ensuring they meet safety, operational, and compliance standards Provide guidance and support for 2-3 direct reports Collaborate across departments to improve operational efficiency and logistics processes You'll Thrive in This Role If You Are highly organised with strong attention to detail Enjoy working with processes, systems, and data to optimise outcomes Take pride in accuracy, monitoring, and reporting Communicate clearly and work collaboratively across teams What You'll Bring Proven experience in logistics, freight coordination, or supply chain administration Strong organisational and process-focused mindset Advanced Google Sheets and Microsoft Office knowledge Ability to work independently and proactively resolve issues Knowledge of international freight, import/export documentation or container logistics Experience with site or facilities maintenance, including WH&S compliance Budget compliance and cost optimisation experience Current forklift licence or willingness to obtain Apply Today Submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your experience and interest in the role via SEEK.
