Direct message the job poster from E‑SolutionsSr. Delivery Manager @ E‑Solutions Location: Sydney | Contract Duration: 6 Months Renewable Responsibilities Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines associated with the .NET 8 migration. Transition existing systems to Linux containers as part of the modernization program. Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment. Monitor and optimize the performance of CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments. Implement best practices for CI/CD and containerization. Requirements Proven experience in a DevOps role with a focus on CI/CD and containerization. Strong knowledge of .NET technologies and Linux containers. Experience with CI/CD tools and automation frameworks. Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment. Must-Have Skills Jenkins: Ability to configure a new instance from scratch, basic troubleshooting, creating new jobs, and understanding basic plugins. PowerShell: Knowledge of scripts, functions, modules, error handling, debugging, and task scheduling. Docker: Understanding architecture, writing and optimizing Dockerfiles, managing images, and handling environment variables and secrets inside containers. Git: Knowledge of repo structure, branching strategy, Git hooks, merge strategy, and debugging Git issues. Azure Cloud: PowerShell automation for Azure, knowledge of infrastructure resources like VNet, subnets, load balancers, and Azure monitoring & logging. Terraform: Understanding fundamentals, modules, variables, outputs, and secret management. Linux: Proficiency in Red Hat shell commands for common system admin tasks, familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker on Linux. Nice to Have Experience with Harness CI/CD deployment. Knowledge of Kubernetes (K8S) key concepts: pods, deployments, services, namespaces. Experience deploying and managing containerized applications using Kubernetes.
