What You’ll Be Doing: Act as the first point of contact for customers in person, by phone, and email. Provide expert advice on a wide range of industrial products. Maintain a clean, well‑stocked, and visually appealing shopfront. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Uphold safety standards and foster a positive team culture. Work occasional Saturday mornings as part of weekend coverage. What You’ll Bring: Previous experience in customer service or retail. Strong phone and face‑to‑face communication skills. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with customers. A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
