This encompasses various aspects such as underground and overhead high voltage transmission systems, substations and switchyards, diesel and gas-fired turbines, wind farms, battery storage systems, and mining process plants. We have established strong partnerships with Australia's leading transmission network providers, suppliers of wind, gas, and diesel generation equipment, as well as prominent mining companies. RJE Global is seeking a highly motivated Graduate Project Manager to join our growing team. This position will be based at our Adelaide Head Office, with regular travel to project sites as required. Responsibilities Collaborate with site teams and liaise with external stakeholders. Prepare detailed scope of works to ensure project milestones are achieved. Review and interpret commercial and contractual documentation in line with project requirements. Manage and maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, quality assurance (QA) records, and financial documents. Prepare, process and track invoices and progress payments. Coordinate and communicate with consultants, subcontractors and internal teams. Mintor contract variations and manage Requests for Information (RFIs). Support contract negotiations with suppliers and contractors. Conduct cost reporting, project scheduling and programming. Prepare and submit Notices of Delay in accordance with contract provisions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field Construction White Card Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar tools. Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations and Australian Standards. Strong understanding of the construction process and life‑cycle. Understand commercial terms and the interpretation of contract documents. Prior experience within in the construction industry. Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings. Exposure to cost reporting, project scheduling and programming. Basic contracts administration experience.
