About the Role We are seeking a passionate and motivated pharmacist to join our welcoming, community-focused team at Blooms The Chemist, Shellharbour. This position includes occasional weekend shifts, supported by two experienced dispensary technicians. You will be involved in vaccinations, and we ideally require a candidate with at least one year of experience. Your role will focus on: Dispensing medications accurately and safely Providing advice and information to patients on the proper use of medications, potential side effects, and interactions Collaborating with doctors and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated, patient‑centred care Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all patient interactions and medication dispensing Ensuring the pharmacy complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and professional standards Participating in the continuous improvement of pharmacy operations and patient care The successful candidate will possess: Current AHPRA registration Vaccination accreditation or willingness to gain this ASAP Amazing customer service and people management skills Ability to coach and develop a teamHigh attention to detail An eagerness to be part of our pharmacy family Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills An enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the pharmacy Strong and dedicated work ethic The desire to go above and beyond What we will give you in return: A motivating and rewarding work environment Salary Commensurate with experience Access to some incredible training and development opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
