Your Day-to-Day Lead, nurture, and expand complex client relationships across UHNW individuals, family groups, and SME institutions. Develop and implement advanced financial strategies for wealth accumulation, tax minimisation, succession planning, and asset protection. Partner with our investment and research teams to deliver high-conviction, data-driven portfolios that align with clients’ goals and values. Mentor and develop team members to support achievement of their career goals. Contribute to thought leadership, client experience innovation, and business development initiatives. What You Bring 8+ years’ experience in wealth management, with a proven track record advising complex client groups. A degree in Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline preferred, with relevant professional accreditation. A passion for leadership, mentoring and shaping team culture. Exceptional communication and relationship management skills. Strategic mindset and commercial acumen aligned with business ownership potential.
