About the role As our B2B Marketing Specialist, you'll develop and execute dynamic campaigns that grow our brand, generate high‑quality leads, and drive commercial performance. You'll work closely with Business Development, Operations, and Marketing teams to deliver creative and data‑driven marketing initiatives. Key responsibilities Deliver targeted B2B marketing campaigns that boost awareness and sales Develop engaging content – from case studies to social media and video Implement and manage account‑based marketing (ABM) initiatives Optimise digital channels to drive engagement and conversions Manage agency partnerships to deliver campaigns and events Track performance metrics and refine strategies for ongoing improvement About you Degree‑qualified in Marketing (or related field) Proven experience in B2B marketing (industrial/construction sector ideal) Skilled content creator with strong communication abilities Strategic thinker with a results‑focused mindset Collaborative, data‑driven, and tech‑savvy (Salesforce experience ideal) Why Join the Kennards Hire family?
