As a leader in mining services and industrial manufacturing solutions, NEPEAN employs over 2000 employees across more than 20 countries. This position supports our ongoing growth by working closely with the Marketing Manager to assist in the development and execution of global marketing plans. The primary focus will be to drive growth for the PROK brand on the East Coast of Australia, with additional support for NEPEAN brands on an ad‑hoc basis. Key Responsibilities Execute global marketing plans and manage all digital channels. Communicate and build relationships within the internal team to drive successful marketing initiatives. Create relevant and engaging content, including blogs, news articles, case studies, infographics, and video content for use across marketing channels; assist in website design & content creation. Produce suitable and effective marketing collateral to support sales activities, including catalogues, brochures, flyers, trade show materials, and promotional items. Own the social media strategy and execution, including planning, content creation, and paid advertising campaigns; manage the events calendar for PROK East and plan trade shows, community partnerships, sponsorships, and hospitality opportunities. Collaborate and communicate with international teams or markets, adapting strategies to suit local culture and fostering diverse perspectives within the marketing team to fuel creativity and innovation. About You Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or an associated field with 1–2 years of relevant experience. Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, an energetic persona, and conflict‑management abilities. Self‑starter who takes initiative, thrives in fast‑paced environments, and proactively identifies opportunities and delivers results with confidence.
