The Successful Applicant A successful C++ Software Engineer should have: Strong experience with C++ programming and software development principles. Experience working within the financial space is highly advantageous. At least 3 years experience as a lead or manager in a software team Familiarity with performance optimisation techniques and debugging tools. Knowledge of software development methodologies and version control systems. A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
