Leicester Terrace Health Care Centre is seeking a motivated, forward-thinking, and approachable GP for a 12 month fixed term post to cover maternity leave. This role is for 6 sessions, Monday, Wednesday & Thursday. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and keen to work collaboratively within a diverse primary healthcare environment. Main duties of the job We are looking for a GP who: Delivers a consistently high standard of clinical care. Has a flexible, team-oriented approach. Communicates effectively and work well with all members of the Primary Care Team. Actively contributes to the ongoing work of our Primary Care Network. About us Leicester Terrace Health Care Centre is a vibrant, town-centre practice serving over 18,000 patients. We are proud of our diverse and experience multidisciplinary team, which includes, social prescribing link workers, clinical pharmacists, care coordinators, paramedics and a physician associate. We are an active member of our Primary Care Network and a committed training practice, supporting GP registrars and medical students. We also offer enhanced services, including minor surgery and sigmoidoscopy procedures. Job responsibilities You must be able to provide a full range of NHS primary medical services to patients including: clinical examination, diagnosis, treatment and referral as appropriate.
