As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the store's financial targets and company key performance indicators, focusing heavily on creating a warm and genuine customer service experience. This role will also build a team that is empowered to exceed. Key responsibilities Drive a customer‑centric culture, creating a warm and meaningful in‑store experience Drive sales, profit and productivity by ensuring the achievement of all targets set by the business Ensure the team understands all business objectives, with a clear focus on commercial acumen Inspire and empower the team through collaborative leadership, training and development Adhere to all company behaviours, policies and procedures Embody our key cultural values: One Team, Courageously Curious, Driven By Purpose.
