Housekeeper - Private Residence

We’re looking for a reliable, friendly and efficient person from the Hunters Hill area to help us keep our home running smoothly. We are seeking a reliable, dedicated and professional Housekeeper to assist us in our private family residence in Hunters Hill, Sydney. This is a permanent, part‑time position offering stability and the opportunity to work in a luxurious, serene environment. The ideal candidate will be highly discreet and committed to maintaining the highest standards of service. This is an ongoing role, Monday to Friday, approximately 4 hours per day (around 20 hours per week). Key Responsibilities Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of the residence, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising all areas to impeccable standards; making beds and ensuring rooms are tidy. Manage the laundry and ironing, ensuring all clothing and linens are handled with care. Assist with grocery shopping, and running errands as needed. Ad hoc chores as required. Requirements Proven experience as a Housekeeper or in a similar domestic role, preferably in high‑end private residences. Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to anticipating needs. Absolute integrity, trustworthiness, and a commitment to confidentiality – these are non‑negotiable as you will be working closely with the family. Excellent references from previous employers. Flexibility to work standard part‑time hours. Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) and Police Check (or willingness to obtain). Driver’s licence and own reliable transport preferred, given the location in Hunters Hill. Live locally (Hunters Hill or nearby suburbs).
