ProClean NT is seeking an experienced and motivated Cleaning Supervisor to join our growing team As a key member of ProClean NT, you’ll play a hands‑on leadership role—overseeing cleaning operations, supporting and guiding staff, and ensuring every site meets our high standards of cleanliness and presentation. You’ll lead by example, working alongside your team to deliver outstanding results across homes, businesses, and commercial facilities. If you're someone who takes pride in your work and understands the importance of maintaining a clean, well‑presented environment. You lead by example and take initiative to guide and support others to achieve high standards. Ideally, you have 10+ years of experience in cleaning or facilities services, including some experience in team supervision or leadership, and a sound understanding of cleaning chemicals. More importantly, you're reliable, detail‑oriented, and capable of both working independently and leading a small team. You communicate clearly, motivate those around you, and bring a positive, professional attitude to every job. Flexibility with hours and travel is essential, and having your own transport and a Certificate II in Cleaning Services is an advantage (but not essential). Key Responsibilities Lead and support a small team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. Conduct training and induction for new staff, ensuring they understand cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and company expectations. Provide ongoing guidance, supervision, and feedback to team members to promote performance, consistency, and quality of service. Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and wiping down surfaces. Clean and sanitise bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to client specifications. Empty rubbish bins and dispose of waste responsibly. Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and are well‑maintained. Follow company guidelines and checklists to ensure quality and consistent service. Report any maintenance issues or damage observed during cleaning to the supervisor. Occasionally assist with specialised cleaning tasks based on client needs (e.g. carpet cleaning, window washing). Work independently or as part of a team, depending on the assignment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
