You must be able to demonstrate: An understanding of the diverse needs of students who require individual and classroom support A passion for supporting students with intellectual disabilities Experience or an interest in working in diverse and inclusive settings The ability to work collaboratively with teachers as a team member Excellent communication skills The ability to be organised, supportive, and resourceful A willingness to support the positive religious and cultural Catholic school environment for students The capacity to assist in the delivery of differentiated programs based on NESA Life Skills outcomes A Certificate III or IV in Educational Support from TAFE NSW, or an equivalent post‑secondary qualification Application Process Click "Apply" to submit your application, including: Current CV & cover letter Three referees, including your current employer/principal (where applicable) and your last principal Any offer of employment with Sydney Catholic Schools is subject to screening completed by the Central Office People & Culture Services team.
