The Team: TheNurse Manager - Access and Patient Flow (Hospitals North) works as part of the team in the Integrated Operations Centre (IOC) at the LGH. The IOC is thecoordination hub that ensures the right person receives the right care in the most appropriate setting. The IOC encompassesintegrated services that work collaboratively to ensure a smooth patient journey across the continuum to ensureimproved outcomes for our consumers, our workforce, and the Tasmanian community. The Role: This primary purpose of this role is thedelivery of Access and Patient Flow program priorities, projects and workplan activitiesthroughout THS North in line with the IOC operational plan. This is a job share position working 3 days per month with working days and hours negotiable. Experience in Project Management and/or Change management is desirable. Details of appointment: Permanent, part time, day worker position, working up to12 hours per fortnight, commencing from the 16 February 2026. *notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant. Salary: $122,365 to $129,060 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount. Salary range is in accordance with Nurses and Midwives (Tasmania State Service) Agreement 2023.
