Work with Sydney FC in an inspiring, high-performance environment. About the Role Teach, mentor and guide students alongside elite sport and business partners. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include designing and delivering an engaging, real‑world learning program in partnership with Sydney FC; creating awesome student experiences; coaching students through personalised career and development plans; leading strategic industry projects with Sydney FC (real briefs, real outcomes); mentoring students on their next steps. Benefits Flexible working – 3 days of face‑to‑face teaching, 1 day of online teaching and 1 day for partner meetings, collaboration, team building, attendance at expos and occasional work from home. Competitive package aligned to teaching bands plus performance bonuses and school holidays. Qualifications Full tertiary qualification in Education, PE, Human Movement, Sport, Business or similar. VIT registration. Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE) – or willingness to obtain. Teaching experience. Current industry experience in both sports and business (bonus points if in Football or similar). A current driver's licence and First Aid certification (including CPR).
