About the Position We are looking for a dynamic individual with experience running large housing divisions that is willing to do whatever it takes, covering all of our housing projects from Mid NSW to Townsville and between. Requirements Head of housing operations You'll need to be a dynamic leader (any leadership training is an advantage), willing to work with and run a team of approx. 40 team members Willing to work in a faced paced environment and fill any gap Think in a solution conscious manner Be target and numbers orientated Have alignments such as integrity, quality, care and accountability. Willing to recruit, train and help grow a dynamic team Have a track record & previous success in the residential sector Have a current electrical license, with vast experience in the residential division. Be willing to travel anywhere. Be willing to work out in the field and get your hands dirty if needed. What we’ll offer you We are offering a salary of $200k or more to the right individual.
