Overview Primary Objective: Oversee the design, development, and implementation of Vocational Education and Training programs for secondary school students. This position collaborates with industry, Registered Training Organisations, and schools to provide accurate guidance and comprehensive support to stakeholders in a complex service environment. The role also supports the Department of Education’s Registered Training Organisations to ensure the delivery of quality Vocational Education and Training programs in schools, including guidance and assistance for school-based trainers and assessors and quality assurance and development of compliant and contextualised resources to ensure delivery of vocational education and training meets regulatory standards. Location: Alice Springs or Darwin (subject to negotiation). Key Responsibilities Collaborate with industry, Registered Training Organisations, and schools to provide accurate guidance and support to stakeholders. Support the Department of Education’s Registered Training Organisations to deliver quality Vocational Education and Training programs in schools. Provide guidance and assistance for school-based trainers and assessors. Conduct quality assurance and develop compliant, contextualised resources to meet regulatory standards.
