Senior Medical Radiation Scientist (Nuclear Medicine Technologist Level 4 Grade 1) - PET & Nuclear Medicine Employment Type : Permanent Full Time; 38 hours per week Position Classification : Nuclear Medicine Technologist Level 4 Grade 1 Remuneration : $140,812 - $145,462 per annum + Superannuation Location : Royal Prince Alfred Hospital Requisition ID : REQ About The Role You will be based at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital (RPAH), one of Australia’s most respected hospitals. The Senior Medical Radiation Scientist (MRS) is responsible for the provision, scheduling and supervision of services within the Department of Molecular Imaging (PET & Nuclear Medicine), under the direction of the Deputy Chief MRS and Chief MRS. The Senior MRS performs clinical duties in PET‑CT and Nuclear Medicine to a high standard, assists the Chief MRS in ensuring efficient day‑to‑day operations of the Department and supervises Level 1‑3 MRS staff. Ideal Candidate Bachelor of Applied Science (Medical Radiation Science) Nuclear Medicine, Licenced with the EPA and AHPRA Registration. Documented extensive experience performing PET‑CT and general nuclear medicine scans/procedures. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a multidisciplinary health care environment.
