We are looking for a smart, dynamic Marketing Account Manager to work across a number of our key accounts, assisting in the development of marketing strategies, campaign plans and asset creation (content) – ensuring everything is executed to the highest possible standards and successful at ensuring our clients achieve their objectives. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will; Gain a deep understanding of your clients’ worlds – their business, brand, marketing objectives, team and processes. Develop and manage integrated marketing programs and campaigns exceeding the client’s expectations every time. Lead projects so they run like clockwork by collaborating with the broader Mahlab team ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. Take project and campaign briefs from clients that are properly structured and documented for both the client and Mahlab teams. Scope and cost projects, and deliver costings and statements of work to clients. Report back to the client on campaign and project progress and outcomes against defined goals. With at least 4-6 years experience, you have worked in a marketing role within either an agency or in-house. Some experience working within a B2B environment would be preferable but not essential. In this role, these three things matter most : You have an outstanding ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritise competing deadlines. You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get the job done and achieve great outcomes. You’re a quick study. You can pick-up complex client business challenges fast.
