What You’ll Do Design and develop mixed-signal communication circuits and bespoke RF waveforms. Model, simulate, and verify RF systems to ensure optimal performance. Innovate antenna design and research new technologies. Oversee testing, integration, and calibration from prototype to production. Produce detailed technical documentation and reports. Collaborate with hardware, software, mechanical, and systems engineers. Ensure compliance with quality assurance, safety, and regulatory standards. What We’re Looking For Proven RF engineering experience, including discreet communications and antenna design. Proficiency with RF simulation tools (CST, HFSS, ADS, MATLAB). Strong knowledge of wireless standards (LTE, 5G, Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth). Understanding of EMC/EMI principles and RF safety practices. Analytical problem‑solving and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams. Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria To be eligible for this position you must be: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field. Be an Australian Citizen; and Hold a Negative Vetting 2 clearance or higher. Why Join Us?
