Overview At Gen Physio, we support our clinicians to make a meaningful impact in the lives of their clients while maintaining flexibility and a healthy work‑life balance. You'll work across a variety of settings, helping people build independence, confidence, and quality of life—all while growing your skills in a supportive, collaborative environment. Support & Onboarding We offer a tailored onboarding program for OTs at varied career levels—whether you are a graduate, early‑career or experienced. Guided orientation into your new role, support to gradually establish your caseload, shadowing with fellow OTs and 1:1 support from our in‑house Occupational Therapy Supervisors. What We Offer Flexibility – part‑time, full‑time, flexible hours or a 9‑day fortnight to fit your schedule. Professional Development – $2,000 allowance accessible from 3 months service and 3 days paid study leave. Birthday Leave – enjoy your special day on us. Work‑from‑home setup – company laptop, mobile, printer, iPad, and full PPE supplied. Administrative Support – a head office‑based client support team to remove the administrative burden. Caseload Options Gen Physio can provide a diverse community caseload: functional capacity assessments, equipment trials, early intervention, home modifications, mental health support, rehabilitation, Telehealth, NDIS, and aged care (SAH). You can develop a caseload based on your main areas of interest.
