Position Overview Senior Marketing Officer – Lead Nurture & Automation at CQUniversity Employer: CQUniversityLocations: Rockhampton, Mackay, Townsville, Cairns, Gladstone, Bundaberg, Emerald (Negotiable – Excluding SEQ) Compensation & Employment Continuous, Full‑Time Total remuneration: $110,541 to $119,053 per annum (includes salary of $93,409 to $100,602 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading). Key Responsibilities • Lead nurture and automation initiatives, developing data‑driven marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels.• Execute and optimise email and automation campaigns using platform expertise, audience segmentation, privacy compliance and personalisation.• Analyze data and visualise performance with PowerBI, sharing insights and reporting to stakeholders.• Collaborate with recruitment, marketing, brand, advertising and insights teams to create unified campaigns and ensure data integrity.• Contribute to high‑quality content across all platforms, driving student engagement and growth. Qualifications & Experience Proven experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems and email marketing strategies, including campaign optimisation and audience segmentation. Ability to develop and implement data‑driven strategies across channels; strong communication skills for content planning and digital influence. Strong proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis, producing actionable insights with accuracy and detail. Relevant degree with at least four years of marketing experience (or equivalent). Understanding of the Australian tertiary education sector and TAC processes (desirable).
