You’ll play a key role in planning, delivering, and continuously improving learning experiences that meet diverse student needs. This role also involves designing educational resources, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering strong industry and community partnerships. Key Responsibilities Plan, prepare, teach, and assess learning activities that meet learner needs Create inclusive learning environments and implement reasonable adjustments Design and develop curriculum and assessment tools aligned with industry standards Maintain accurate student records and ensure compliance with AQTF and RTO standards Engage with industry and professional networks to maintain vocational currency Mentor and support entry‑level teachers and contribute to team‑based delivery Skills and Experience Required TAE40122/TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) Relevant teaching qualification and vocational competency in EAL Demonstrated understanding of learner‑centred teaching methodologies Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to plan, schedule, and meet deadlines ICT proficiency for e‑learning and reporting Knowledge of compliance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement Additional Requirements Successful candidate will be required to provide: A valid Victorian Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC) A National Police Check How to Apply Click Apply to submit your application through Melbourne Polytechnic’s careers portal.
