This role focuses on guiding clients through the full spectrum of commercial debt recovery and enforcement. About the role Working in a fast-paced environment, this role would be suited to an experienced paralegal, or law student with paralegal experience looking to develop their experience and exposure. With the option to work full time or part time 4 days per week, duties of the role include : Execute tasks accurately and efficiently while balancing deadlines and multiple client matters. Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of important clients. Manage commercial and financial recovery efforts. Drive debt recovery and enforcement processes, including bankruptcy, winding-up, asset seizure and sale, garnishee orders, warrants, and oral examinations. Manage client matters with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism. Deliver measurable results that meet client expectations and internal targets. Handle day-to-day administration – from filing and scanning to email correspondence – with precision. About you Previous paralegal experience. Experience in commercial litigation or debt recovery. Exceptional communication and client service skills. Proactive, confident, and solution-focused mindset. Strong organisational, planning, and time management abilities. Tech-savvy, quick to pick up new systems and processes.
