Quality Assurance : Ensure QA models meet the highest standards. Drafting Excellence : Create detailed drawings using Kapitol's high standards. Complex Modelling : Resolve intricate design issues through advanced modelling techniques. Collaborate with Stakeholders : Work with architects, engineers, and construction teams to align designs with project goals. Drive Innovation : Utilise advanced tools and methodologies to enhance design accuracy and efficiency. Ensure Compliance : Maintain adherence to industry standards and Kapitol's quality benchmarks. Support Project Delivery : Contribute to seamless execution by resolving design challenges and streamlining workflows. Ad-Hoc Deliverables : Prepare packages such as protection works diagrams and site compound layouts. Who You Are Revit Expert : Strong proficiency in Revit with experience in ACC / BIM360. Construction Knowledge : Solid understanding of construction processes and keen attention to detail. Project Experience : A project portfolio consisting of large-scale ($100M+) construction projects such as High-rise Apartments, Education, Mixed-use Commercial, Health or Datacentres. Tech-Savvy : Experience with point cloud / Recap / Navisworks is advantageous. Experienced Professional : 5–10 years' experience in drafting or architectural roles. Collaborative Team Player : Strong ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Problem-Solver : Proactive in identifying and resolving design and construction challenges. Detail-Oriented Professional : Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring precision in all deliverables.
